Hi there, I'm Justin Gray. I'm the owner here at OneLawn Solutions. Rooted in my experience as a landscape design veteran with a background in the fire service, I bring a unique blend of skills to every project. My dedication to community service is still strong, but now it solely extends to creating stunning landscapes. (MY FIRST TRUE LOVE)

When I say, "My first true love", I MEAN THAT. Anyone who knows me or who has every spent some time with me, will tell you that I'm a very PASSIONATE person! I believe when you work and live on purpose & passion, your J.O.B. isn't just something that you look forward to punching out of day after day.

Another topic that holds dear to me is INSPIRATION. I was inspired years ago when I came across some great mentors. They changed my way of thinking; my perception of life and I've NEVER been the same. Now, I get to inspire those that are on team with me. I like showing employees and team members the business skills, but MORE IMPORTANTLY, I LOVE showing them the LIFE skills needed to be able to not just obtain any level of success, but to be able to SUSTAIN it!

That to me is where Passion, Purpose, Drive comes in. The fact that with the help of the Head, the Heart, and the Hands you can build something out of thin air, that's what MOVES & MOTIVATES me! 

You know, when I started this business over 10 years ago, I asked myself how I was going to be able to stand out? 

With ALL the people out there with a truck and a trailer (you know what I'm talking about), HOW in the world was I going to show that I was different??? So, what I did was this:

I went out and did a bit of a SURVEY! To the community, to friends, to family, basically WHOEVER would talk to me that bought lawn care service. I wanted to know the things they liked, but more IMPORTANTLY the things they didn't like, the hangups and the DEAL BREAKERS!

Some of the feedback was extremely hilarious. (I'll save that for later ;)

From my interviewing, there were 3 consistent issues that just kept coming up, and I couldn't just ignore these 3. Contracts, communication, and good wholesome people on their property.

So, these are the things that we address here at OneLawn Solutions.
